Roast Poha Chiwda

Ingredients:

  1. Roasted Poha :-100gm
  2. Groundnuts:-1tsp
  3. Dry Coconut slices:-1 tsp
  4. Roasted Chana dal:-2 tsp
  5. Chopped green chilies:-2 tsp
  6. Curry leaves:-2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder:-1 tsp
  8. Carom Seeds(Ajwain) :-1 tsp
  9. Asafoetida:-1 tsp
  10. Oil:-4tsp
  11. Salt:-to taste

Method:

  • Heat oil in a vessel (Kadhai) When oil becomes hot put the
  • groundnuts, stir for 2 min. Add roasted Chickpeas (Chana)dal and
  • Stir it for 1 min then add dry coconut slices and stir it for 2 min.
  • Add curry leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, ajwain and stir for 1
  • min. Put roasted poha , salt and mix well. Turn the gas off after 5
  • Serving: – 1
