Mix Veg Dhokla

Ingredients:

  1. Rice- ¼ Katori (25 gm)
  2. Chana dal-¾ Katori (75 gm)
  3. Urad dal- ½ Katori (50 gm)
  4. Sprouted moong-¼ Katori (25 gm)
  5. Methi powder- 3 tsp
  6. Tomato- 2 small chopped
  7. Cabbage- 5 tsp chopped
  8. Ginger paste- 2 tsp
  9. Oil- 3 tsp
  10. Salt- to tasteMix Veg Dhokla
  11. Coriander- for garnishing

Method:

  • Soak rice and dals separately overnight.
  • Blend it in a mixer coarsely and keep the mixture in sunlight.
  • Put methi powder to it.
  • Cut vegetables and put sprouted moong, vegetables,salt ,green chilli,ginger paste into the dough.
  • Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the mixture into the dish and bake for 15 min. in a pressure cooker without whistle.
  • Decorate with coriander.
