Rich in Iron and Omega 3 Fats
Preparation Time: 10 min.
- 6 High Fibre / Marie Biscuits
- 1 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 spoons Desiccated coconut
- Mix High Fibre / Marie Biscuits, dates, and chopped walnuts together.
- Blend and knead the mixture well.
- Prepare rolls about 3 inches in diameter.
- Chill for at least 1 hour, then roll on desiccated coconut.
- Cut into 1/4-inch slices and serve.
