These words inspire and motivate us at Nityaasha. Set up as a registered charitable trust in 2013, Nityaasha reaches out to children from less privileged backgrounds who suffer from Type 1 Diabetes, a constant, unrelenting condition. Our Foundation is committed to providing the education, guidance, monitoring and medical assistance essential for families to gain confidence in managing diabetes at home and at school.
Our ultimate goal is not merely to help these children control their disease but to promote the overall development of the child and pave the way to a happy, healthy future.
Through our work, we aim to throw light on a cause that so far, has not received the attention it deserves. The plight of these children is heart-rending; if we can alleviate their troubles and enable them to rise above their conditions, we will be enriching our own lives.
Happily, today, our circle of care covers 135 children & families. But we still have miles to go. We appeal to individuals and organizations for support so that we can help more and more children with holistic, humane care from Nityaasha.
